Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit amount is applied toward your total service cost. This policy ensures that our therapists' time is protected and that you are committed to your appointment.
Absolutely. We offer combination bookings for skin, hair, and spa services. When booking, simply select all the services you would like and we will schedule them consecutively with appropriate transition time between treatments.
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm. Public holiday hours may vary — please check our social media or call ahead on public holidays.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability. We recommend calling us directly for the best chance of securing a same-day slot. Online bookings require at least 24 hours notice.
